Steven has over 23 years experience in the construction industry, some of which has been working in various Local Authority Planning and Building Control Departments.
Steven has completed a BSc in Building Surveying at the prestigious Southbank University London, achieving a 2:1 grade. Steven qualified as a full member of The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 1999.
Steven works with his wife Sue. Sue has many years experience working with Chartered Surveyors in Estate Management and brings to the practice a wealth of experience and administrative backup.
The practice was formed in 1997.
Steven has built a up very substantial client base since 1997 which has proved to be invaluable in maintaining demand for his services without the need for any major advertising.
