We like to provide the client with a full breakdown of ALL fees at the very start and it is our experience that most clients prefer a fixed fee structure which we can usually accommodate.
After Steven has carried out a feasibility survey we will confirm our fees in writing together with an estimate of the expected associated costs and other fees such as Planning application fees to the Local Authority, Building Regulations application fees to the Building Inspector, Structural Engineers fees, Building over main sewer fees and thermal calculation fees.
